DHEP has partnered with LuccaHealth (Ghana, US standards) to provide end-to-end cross-border care services for patients traveling from Ghana to the United Kingdom, United States, and Germany. LuccaHealth brings JCI accreditation support and US healthcare billing expertise; DHEP provides the logistics platform, patient record portability, and the partner network for travel and accommodation.

Clinical assessment
The patient submits their case through the DHEP patient app. Our AI triage agent classifies the case and recommends appropriate destination facilities based on specialty, cost, and accreditation.
Destination facility match
DHEP matches the patient to a partner hospital or specialist in the destination country, verifying insurance acceptance and availability. A cost estimate is provided upfront.
Logistics coordination
DHEP coordinates with partner travel agencies, visa services, accommodation providers, and medical interpreters — all from within the same platform.
Travel and arrival
The patient receives a digital travel dossier with all documents, appointments, accommodation booking, and emergency contacts. DHEP partners meet them on arrival if requested.
Post-treatment follow-up
Once back home, the patient's post-treatment records are synchronized with their DHEP patient app and shared (with consent) with their local care team.
